l. Employees or their families of this radio station, Clear Channel Communications, Inc. or their agencies or affiliates are not eligible to participate in and win in radio station promotions.
2. All winners must be 18 years or older.
3. Only one winner per household will be allowed within a 30 day period.
4. If prize originally won becomes unavailable for any reason, Station reserves the right to substitute another prize of equal or greater value.
5. If prize won consists of tickets, admission passes or certificates to an event that is canceled for any reason, or a venue or business that closes temporarily or permanently for whatever reason, Station will not be responsible for replacing said tickets, admission passes or certificates.
6. In order to claim any prize, winner must present valid driver’s license and/or birth certificate. Any prize must be claimed within 30 business days of the date the prize was won.
7. All prizes must be claimed during regular business hours of 8:30AM to 5:30PM Monday through Friday at 3807 Brandon Avenue Southwest, Suite 2350, Roanoke, Virginia or 3305 Old Forest Road, Lynchburg, Virginia. Cash prizes will not be mailed. If winner wants prize (other than cash prize) mailed, Station assumes no responsibility for prizes lost in the mail or not delivered in a timely fashion, nor will Station replace said prizes.
8. Winner is responsible for any and all taxes, title fees, insurance fees, gratuities or personal expenses associated with any prize won.
9. All winners agree to hold harmless Station, Clear Channel Communications, Inc, and their agencies or affiliates, their agents, successors, and assigns and any participating client and/or client venue from and against any and all liability, claims, demands, expenses, fees, fines, penalties, suits, proceedings, actions, and cause of actions of any kind or nature whatsoever arising or growing out of, or in any way connected with, any Station promotion before, during or after said promotion.
10. Winner(s) acknowledge that Station has the right to publicize his/her name, voice and/or likeness in promotional announcements.
11. Individual contests or promotions may include other rules and regulations associated with the individual contest or promotion. Any additional rules, regulations and specific contest details will be available and associated with contests and promotions during the time of the actual contest or promotion.
