The CQ Press just updated their list of America's MOST and LEAST DANGEROUS cities for 2013. And if the results shock you . . . well, then you haven't been paying much attention.
--The rankings are based on the FBI's crime rates for each city, including the rates of murder, rape, robbery, aggravated assault, burglary, larceny, auto theft, and arson.
--The most dangerous city is Detroit, of course. It's always Detroit.
--The rest of the top five most dangerous cities are Pine Bluff, Arkansas . . . Flint, Michigan . . . Memphis, Tennessee . . . and Stockton, California.
--The safest cities list is dominated by UTAH and WISCONSIN. Logan, Utah is number one . . . Provo, Utah is second . . . Appleton, Wisconsin is third . . . Sheboygan, Wisconsin is fourth . . . and State College, Pennsylvania is fifth.
-- Roanoke is 9th and Lynchburg is 26th!!!!
