Take the best of each city and make this yummy treat for the big game--

FULL DISCLOSURE--- I just created this  and won't make it until Sunday--- But I think it will be awesome!

Sourdough Crabcakes

1 lb of jumbo lump blue crab

1 egg

3Tbs Mayo

1 TSP of either Old Bay or your fave Season Salt

Pinch of dry mustard

2 TSP of Lee and Perrins

1/4 Cup sourdough bread crumbs

2 tbs fresh parsley

Whisk together all liquid ingredients --- carefully stir in crab meat (careful not to break up the lumps) add sourdough crumbs and parsley

Form into 6 patties. Place on wax paper and store in the firdge for at least an hour (overnight is fine)

Pan fry in oil for about 6 minutes per side or until golden brown-

Drain excess oil

serve right away and ENJOY!
