Bob Dylan is among the stars who turned up in one of Sunday's Super Bowl ads. The famed folk-rocker is featured prominently as the narrator in the Chrysler 200 spot, "American Import."
Dylan's song "Things Have Changed" serves as the music bed for the spot, which features a variety of images that help define America. The visual montage includes the America flag, cheerleaders, baseball and basketball games, Marilyn Monroe, James Dean, amusement parks, and the open road. Dylan is also seen several times, including clips of him performing, walking through a music shop, and shooting pool.
The Chrysler 200 ad was one of two commercials that ran during the Super Bowl featuring Dylan's music. His song "I Want You" was included in a Chobani yogurt ad.
