(Washington, DC) -- The man suspected of sending ricin-laced letters to President Obama and a lawmaker is now out of jail. ABC News reports he was released on bond today after a preliminary hearing in the case was cancelled. Paul Kevin Curtis was facing criminal charges. It was reported yesterday a search of his Mississippi home turned up no evidence of the potentially deadly poison.
